This unprecedented Solar for All program is another example of how the Investing in America agenda is delivering for families across the country. Coalitions, led by an eligible lead applicant, are also eligible to apply to this competition. And now, he has ended Sarah Bloom Raskin's chances to bring her talent, caring, and intellect to the Federal Reserve. From all I can tell, the majority of the citizens of WV were backing the provisions of the Build Back Better legislation that he helped defeat. "Just when I imagined that Senator Manchin could not profoundly disappoint me even more, he has exceeded all expectations.
